7-Day Warranty & Eligibility
We offer a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories along with proof of purchase.

Exclusions & Conditions
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items; we do not accept returns for "Change of Mind." Video or photographic proof of the defect is mandatory to process any claim.
