Refund policy

At Swift Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a limited return policy.

Return Eligibility:
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

Return Process:

  • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Important Note:
Returns are processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.

Non-Returnable Cases:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or expectation issues
  • Used or damaged products (by customer)

Refund Policy:

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
