Refund policy
At Swift Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a limited return policy.
Return Eligibility:
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order only if:
- The product is damaged, or
- You received the wrong item
Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Important Note:
Returns are processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.
Non-Returnable Cases:
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size or expectation issues
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
