- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day
⏱️ Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location
- Delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be shown at checkout
- In some cases, we may offer free delivery on selected products or promotions
📍 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver all over Pakistan.
Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
📦 Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp
- You can use the tracking information to monitor your delivery status
⚠️ Delivery Delays
While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- Courier service issues
- Weather conditions
- High order volume
Swift Mart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
❌ Failed Delivery / Re-Delivery
- If the customer is unavailable or does not respond, the courier may attempt re-delivery
- If the order is not received, it may be returned back (RTO)
- Re-delivery may require additional charges
