🚚 4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days
  • Delays may occur due to courier or external factors
  • Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays

❌ 5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival if they no longer wish to receive the order

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items
  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval within 7–10 business days

Swift Mart shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Losses due to incorrect customer information
  • Misuse of products after delivery
