1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver all across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and location.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our team will keep you updated. If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.


6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours with pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds or replacements in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered

9. Why is my order delayed?

Delays can happen due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

10. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?

COD is available in most cities of Pakistan, but some remote areas may not be covered.


11. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
